In Takayama's sushi shop I went to, I was the sushi shop I work for the first time. Sushi is small, so if you eat about 13 pers, you will not be hungry, but you can enjoy it. Lunch is good value, but it is only reservation, so be careful.

OISHII 美味 ã— ã„!We ate one of the best sushi in Japan, the place is very nice, super traditional. We sat down at the counter and took the 14-piece set of the Shokunin. The set included: red snapper (snapper), chutoro (medium fatty tuna), horse mackerel (Japanese mackerel), squid (squid with chives and wasabi powder), shrimp (shrimp), unagi (eel with shrimp powder in tempura), ikura (salmon roe), sardine and ginger cream, uni (sea urchin garnished with katsuobushi), frayed shrimp tartare, anago (saltwater eel) + miso + plum wine glass + water. We spent Â¥ 4000 about € 36, the fish offered is absolutely worth it. Recommended stop!
